A song, a story, and the truth behind

Hear this 90s hit - The Way, by FastBall on the radio today, and saw an article about this being a one hit wonder, leads to this story behind the actual song, and how it lead to this song to  be composed...

If you recalled the lyrics, it was about a couple have left without noticed, and found a place that they can be in for a long time...

But the song was composed based on a true story, about a missing couple, and how their story ended tragically, but it was immortalized in this song, by the composer, in another happier manner.

Have a read at the following pages:

Happy new Islamic new year!

Its the new year for Muslims around the universe =D
So I'll share something with you guys and gals

Happy new year,I'm still having trouble remembering the term of Islamic new year, but it represents our prophet's migration to Mecca (correction: from mecca to madinah), where Islam is home, where the haji pilgrimage is held, and the location of the kabah, the square thingy that people walks around it?

That's the holy land, where it's started in the Quran,if you're a Muslim and able, you've gotta visit this place, where it all started.

Also, when we pray,we Muslims, face the directions of the kabah, that's why,in certain places, like in hotels, you'll see one green arrow pointing to somewhere =)

So,its the new year,in Malaysia, native Malays are Muslims, most rulers are Muslims if not all,I just that those who has done wrong, stand up and face the judgement on this world, if you're able to commit to something, why won't you admit to it? Well, for me,if one is innocent or guilty, only Allah knows, and Allah knows and sees all the actions where we human do not.

Also,Allah grants rezeki (Google says its fortune in English),so those rezeki are granted for each and every being on this world, mainly I would like to say,the fact that we are still alive,or living a long live, its not the sake of living, a rezeki, also a chance for us to repent, and to undo what we've done, if its can't be undo, then we must try our best to do more good deeds to the people around us, forgiveness is a great gift to start, and do not take what's not yours...

Hope this message teaches you something as this is what I felt, and I feel that sharing this is a nice way to start a new Islamic year =)

Selamat awal muharam =)

P.s. go read the qurans translation,it's available on the internet, and its like the shortest book with consist information from Allah, my best friend and wife told me,start from the back, and its not a bad idea, start there and work your way to the front...you'll gain a lot of things,if you just think about it...

Being good to your parents in Islam

Today’s sermon in Islam is about being good to your parents.

Muslims have this thing called the rewards/deeds, (pahala in Malay), to keep it short, you have to be nice to them as how it was quoted in the Quran, the best book to follow in my opinion. (In history, it’s the latest version after the bible too, like the latest version of firmware for humans to follow =)
In Islam, people have to collect Pahala, so that when we die, those pahala collected, will be used judged if we’ve done enough good deeds in life.

Children, are a gift, if you choose to have them, you have to take care of them, teach them well, why? Because when we die, we won’t have any Pahala anymore, but every good deeds they do, will be passed on to the parents as well.

So one have to be sabar when having a child, to have a pahala bank that is generated even after our death, we have to teach our children well, so we have to be patient with one another.

Take care of your parents if there are still here, take care of your husband and wife, be patient, so that one day, you can become a good parent to your child =)

So @william and @christina, please forgive me for anything that I’ve done wrong in the past and I love you both, even I don’t say it out =D

@Sufiza: tolong translatekan this to malay for me so that we can share it to more people =)

Halal food quoted and explained...

Why in Islam, can't do this and that, so many questions, but most of them can be answered in similar ways like below:

Why cannot eat pork? Now that food treatment are so advanced...no more problem right?

In the simplest answer,it's in the Quran, its haram...

An example,if you follow the speed limit in Malaysia, say going ar maximum of 110kph,you'll reached you destination, but if you go faster than that, its against the law.

Doing things beyond the law is awesome! You'll get there faster, and the joy of reaching there will be nice as well..law are there for a reason

So it's up to you to follow it,in this world, there's the executor of laws,in Islam, you'll meet your judgement when your life ends...so, if you don't get caught today, you might one day...

So that applies to all the haram things we have ya...

update: 6jul2015:

Surat Al-Mā'idah (The Table Spread) -

Sahih International
Prohibited to you are dead animals, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah , and [those animals] killed by strangling or by a violent blow or by a head-long fall or by the goring of horns, and those from which a wild animal has eaten, except what you [are able to] slaughter [before its death], and those which are sacrificed on stone altars, and [prohibited is] that you seek decision through divining arrows. That is grave disobedience. This day those who disbelieve have despaired of [defeating] your religion; so fear them not, but fear Me. This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion. But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
