PS Vita Content Manager Assistant (CMA) doesn't work on Windows 10 installation, it always get stuck during the installation once the PS Vita is connected to the computer.
After searching far and wide on my phone and computer screens, just go look for an older version of the installer. Tested May 2020 this link works ---> https://content-manager-assistant.en.softonic.com/
